<Setting can be made only from the control panel>
1 Insert the IC card into the IC card reader connected to the machine.
– The following screen appears if any document is stored in the PKI Encrypted Document User Box.
2 Make sure that the IC card is recognized, press [Access] or touch [Login]. If a document is stored in the
PKI Encrypted Document User Box, select any desired login method.
3 Enter the PIN code registered in the IC card from the 10-key pad. If the PIN code includes any character
other than numerals, touch [PINCODE].
– Touch [Cancel] to go back to the screen shown in step 2.
– Go to step 5 if the PIN code consists only of numerals.
