13.1 Removing the front wheel
Preparatory work
– Raise the motorcycle with a lift stand. ( p. 95)

Main work
– Press the brake caliper onto the brake disc by hand in order to
push back the brake pistons.
Info
Make sure when pushing back the brake pistons that
you do not press the brake caliper against the spokes.

Remove screw

and pull wheel speed sensor

out of the
hole.

Loosen screw

by several rotations.

to push the wheel spindle out of the axle
clamp.
