Do not open the throttle when switching on or off.
After the ignition is switched on, the motorcycle trac-
tion control and engine traction control are enabled
again.

Condition
• The motorcycle is stationary.
Note
Voiding of the government approval for road use and the insurance
coverage If the ABS is switched off completely, the vehicle's
approval for road use is invalidated.
– Only operate the vehicle in closed-off areas remote from
public road traffic if the ABS is switched off completely.
– Press the SET button when the menu is closed.
– Press the UP or DOWN button until the Motorcycle menu is
marked on the display. Press the SET button to open the menu.
– Press the UP or DOWN button until ABS is marked on the dis-
play.
– Keep the SET button pressed for 3-5 seconds to switch off the
ABS.
