MAINTENANCE
Engine oil filter replacement(Only for X-
Town CT125)
● Screw the oil level dipstick off the crankcase.
● Place an oil container beneath the oil filter cap.
● Unscrew the bolts to remove the oil filter cap.
● Take out the O-ring, spring and filter.
● Replace the oil filter with a new one and notice the
grommet seal is towards the inside.
● Replace the O-ring with a new one.
● Apply thin layer of engine oil over the O-ring.
● Install the spring and put on the oil filter cap.
● Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.

CAUTION
Use the genuine oil filter or another with the
same quality and grade to avoid burnout on
the engine parts.
CAUTION
An adverse installation of oil filter causes a
failure on oil circulation which will damage
the engine.
