throughremoteassistance.YourServiceProvidermaydirectyoutodownloadandinstalldesignated
softwareupdates.
Someproblemscanberesolvedwithareplacementpartthatyoucaninstallyourselfcalleda“Customer
ReplaceableUnit”or“CRU.”Ifso,yourServiceProviderwillshiptheCRUtoyouforyoutoinstall.
Ifyourproblemcannotberesolvedoverthetelephoneorremotely,throughyourapplicationofsoftware
updatesortheinstallationofaCRUbyyou,yourServiceProviderwillarrangeforserviceunderthetypeof
