shippingcontainerwillbeprovidedtoyouforyoutoreturnyourproducttoadesignatedservicecenter.
Acourierwillpickupyourproductanddeliverittothedesignatedservicecenter.Followingitsrepairor
exchange,theservicecenterwillarrangethereturndeliveryoftheproducttoyou.
4.CustomerCarry-InorMail-InService
UnderCustomerCarry-InorMail-InService,yourproductwillberepairedorexchangedatadesignated
servicecenter,withdeliveryorshippingarrangedbyyou.Youareresponsibletodeliverormail,asyour
ServiceProviderspecies,(prepaidbyyouunlessspeciedotherwise)theproduct,suitablypackagedtoa
designatedlocation.Aftertheproducthasbeenrepairedorexchanged,itwillbemadeavailableforyour
collection.FailuretocollecttheproductmayresultinyourServiceProviderdisposingoftheproductasit
seest.ForMail-inService,theproductwillbereturnedtoyouatLenovo'sexpense,unlessyourService
Providerspeciesotherwise.
5.ProductExchangeService
UnderProductExchangeService,Lenovowillshipareplacementproducttoyourlocation.Youare
responsibleforitsinstallationandvericationofitsoperation.Thereplacementproductbecomesyour
propertyinexchangeforthefailedproduct,whichbecomesthepropertyofLenovo.Youmustpack
thefailedproductintheshippingcartonusedtoshipthereplacementproductandreturnittoLenovo.
Transportationcharges,bothways,arepaidbyLenovo.Failuretousethecartoninwhichthereplacement
productwasreceivedmayresultinyourresponsibilityfordamagetothefailedproductduringshipment.You
maybechargedforthereplacementproductifLenovodoesnotreceivethefailedproductwithinthirty(30)
daysofyourreceiptofthereplacementproduct.
