b.partsonly,onanexchangebasis,inthesecondandthirdyearsofthewarrantyperiod.YourService
Providerwillchargeyouforanylaborprovidedinperformanceoftherepairorreplacementinthesecond
andthirdyearsofthewarrantyperiod.

UnderCRUService,yourServiceProviderwillshipCRUstoyouforinstallationbyyou.CRUinformationand
replacementinstructionsareshippedwithyourproductandareavailablefromLenovoatanytimeupon
request.CRUsthatareeasilyinstalledbyyouarecalledSelf-serviceCRUs,whileOptional-serviceCRUs
mayrequiresometechnicalskillandtools.InstallationofSelf-serviceCRUsisyourresponsibility.Youmay
requestthataServiceProviderinstallOptional-serviceCRUsunderoneoftheothertypesofwarranty
servicedesignatedforyourproduct.AnoptionalserviceofferingmaybeavailableforpurchasefromLenovo
tohaveLenovoinstallSelf-serviceCRUsforyou.YoumayndalistofCRUsandtheirdesignationinthe
publicationthatshipswithyourproductoratwww.lenovo.com/CRUs.Therequirementtoreturnadefective
CRU,ifany,willbespeciedinthematerialsshippedwithareplacementCRU.Whenreturnisrequired:1)
returninstructions,aprepaidreturnshippinglabel,andacontainerwillbeincludedwiththereplacement
CRU;and2)youmaybechargedforthereplacementCRUifyourServiceProviderdoesnotreceivethe
defectiveCRUwithinthirty(30)daysofyourreceiptofthereplacement.

servicecenter.
