1 Preface and general information
Use the EPM−H505 and EPM−H507 operating units to access codes of Lenze
controllers and control them in a comfortable way. Communication takes place
via system bus (CAN).
The Lenze software »HMI Designer« is a powerful development tool for creating
projects containing the configuration of the operating unit.
1.1 About these Operating Instructions
ƒ These Operating Instructions are designed to ensure safe and trouble−free
working on and with the EPM−H505 and EPM−H507 operating units.
ƒ All persons working on and with the EPM−H505 and EPM−H507 operating
units must keep these Operating Instructions at hand and observe all
relevant information and notes.
ƒ These Operating Instructions must always be kept as a complete
document and in a readable state.
