Changing your connectivity
settings
Your connectivity settings have
already been set up by your
network operator, so you can enjoy
your new phone immediately. To
change any settings, use this menu:
From the home screen select
then scroll to Connectivity in the
Settings tab.
Network selection - Your BL40
will connect automatically to your
preferred network.
Internet profile - Set the profiles for
connecting to the internet.
Access points - Your network
operator has already saved this
information. You can add new
access points using this menu.
Server synchronisation - You can
backup or restore contacts to the PC
through Synch service.
Home network - You can share
contents in your handset by Home
network. It can approach the stuff
menu - Music, Video, Image and
external memory too.
Switch on to start home networking
and confirm my device name and
check items to sharing.
It can support the following files.
Music: mp3, Video: H.264(AVC)/
AAC/ MP4, Image: jpeg.
If you turn on the Home network
function in the state of Wi-Fi off, it
will be connected automatically
after Wi-Fi has been turned on.
When this fail, you can select Home
network from the Wi-Fi searching
screen. In flight mode the home
network mode will be turned off
automatically.
GPS type - Choose either Assisted
GPS or Stand alone.
