Sound Effect
Setting the sound mode
You can select a sound mode that suits you and the
contents you are playing. Press SOUND EFFECT
repeatedly until the desired mode appears on the
front panel display or the TV screen. The displayed
items for the equalizer maybe dierent depending
on sound sources and eects.
[Standard]: You can enjoy optimized sound.
[Music]: You can enjoy comfortable and natural
sound.
[Cinema]: You can enjoy more immersive and
cinematic surround sound.
[Flat]: Provides balanced sound.
[Boost]: Boosts the mid-range for sound
reinforcement.
[Treble / Bass]: Reinforces the treble and bass.
[User EQ]: You can adjust the sound by raising or
lowering the level of specic frequency.
Setting the [User EQ]
1. Use
W/S
to select the desired frequency.
2. Use
A/D
to select the desired level.
Select [Cancel] option then press ENTER (

cancel the setting.
Select [Reset] option then press ENTER (

) to reset
the all adjustments.
You can’t change sound eect and that is
xed to [Standard] when a microphone is
connected to the unit.

Note
Night mode
This function is useful when you want to watch
movies at low volume late at night.
Press button on the remote control. So you can
activate Night mode. To cancel it, press button
again.
Using Microphone
Connect your microphone to the microphone jack.
You can adjust the microphone’s volume, echo
mode or sound mode.
Adjusting the microphone’s volume
and echo mode
Select the MIC or ECHO by pressing the MIC/ECHO
and adjust microphone’s volume or echo volume
by using the VOL. +/-.
Setting the microphone’s sound
mode
Select the desired microphone’s sound mode by
pressing MIC/ECHO.
[KARAOKE] : Improves bass sound and echo for
singing a song.
[VOICE] : This mode makes voice sound clear,
improving the quality of voice sound.
