Allow the oven and any accessories
to cool down before cleaning.
Danger of burns!
Do not use abrasive cleaning
agents, cleansers for ceramic
cooking surfaces, metal scourers or
oven cleaners on surfaces with
PerfectClean enamel.
Clean as soon as possible after each
use with a soft sponge and a solution of
hot water and liquid dish soap.
Stubborn baked on grease may need to
be soaked first to loosen deposits. A
scraper suitable for glass surfaces or a
plastic scouring pad can be used to
remove remaining residues.
Soiling such as spilled juices and cake
mixtures are best removed while the
oven or tray is still warm.
Spilled fruit juices may permanently
discolor surfaces. This discoloration is
permanent but will not affect the
efficiency of the enamel.
Items with PerfectClean enamel should
not need to be cleaned in a dishwasher
but can be if desired, hand cleaning
should be sufficient.
After cleaning rinse thoroughly with
clean water. The water must run off the
surface easily. Any residual cleaning
agents will hinder this effect.
