Preheating the oven
The oven only needs to be preheated in
a few cases.
Most dishes can be placed in a cold
oven. They will then use the heat
produced during the heating phase.
The oven should be preheated in the
following instances:
Convection Bake έ
dark bread doughs,
beef sirloins and tenderloins.
cakes and pastries with a short
baking time (up to 30 minutes),
Surround ή
delicate mixtures (e.g. sponge),
dark bread doughs,
beef sirloins and tenderloins.
Rapid PreHeat
With Rapid PreHeat Ϋ the preheating
phase can be shortened.
Do not use Rapid PreHeat Ϋ when
baking pizzas or delicate mixtures.
The tops of these items will brown
too quickly.
ĺ Select Rapid PreHeat Ϋ.
ĺ Select a temperature.
ĺ Select the desired oven mode when
the temperature indicator light ɒ goes
out for the first time.
ĺ Place the food in the oven.
