Scope
The scope of this manual is to provide basic information relating to wireless
telephones, and provide procedures and processes for repairing the phones at Level
1 and 2 service centers including:
•Unit swap out
• Repairing of mechanical faults
• Basic modular troubleshooting
• Testing and verification of phone functionality
• Initiate warranty claims and send faulty modules to Level 3 or 4 repair
centers
