ON THE START SCREEN
Check the header line and scroll bar
A header line appears at the top right corner of the screen when you’re
using the phone book or menus. This line reminds you of the phone book
entry or menu option with which you’re working.
A scroll bar appears on the right side of the screen when you scroll
through the main menus. The bar gives you a visual representation of your
relative position in the main menu structure. You cannot see the scroll bar
when you’re working with the phone book or once you have selected a
main menu item.
HOME Your service provider’s name may appear here.
Shows the signal strength of the wireless network
where you are. The higher the bar, the stronger the
signal.
Shows the battery charge level. The higher the bar, the
more power in the battery.
The top level of menu choices on your phone. Press
<xxx> to enter the menus.
The entry point for the phone book. Press to enter
the Names list (after you’ve added some entries).
Indicates that you are in a digital network.
