Storing the Product
(Preparing winter or for other extended period of non-use)
1. Switch OFF the breaker.
Cut off the power source. (Switch off the power source breaker.)
2. Drain water from the pipes (including the main unit and the water tank.)
(1) Drain the water from the water tank.
(2) Remove the pump-priming port cap.
(3) Remove the strainer assembly. (Water inside will drain out)
(4) Remove the drain plug.
(5) After water is drained, replace the pump-priming port cap, strainer assembly, and drain plug.
3. After having drained the water from the product, cover the product with a vinyl or other type of
cover in order to keep out dust and dirt, and then store the product.
4. Before using the product after it has been stored for a long period, check each component for
abnormalities and follow the procedures under, "Operation" (page 9) to resume operation.
※ Long term storage is considered to be storage for at least 3 months.
