DIO8 and DIO9 are high side switched digital outputs with Vin as input voltage
and with a maximum of 1A current can be drawn from them. If loads with higher
power are required, the user can connect them to these outputs. The maximum
inductive load is 100 mH.

The 4 analog inputs AIN0 to AIN3 present the following characteristics:

The owa4x provides an RS485 bus driver.
The number of devices that can be connected in parallel to this interface are 32.
In the following diagram an example of a set of devices connected to the owa2x
through a RS485 bus is shown.
First and last devices in the bus should be equipped with terminating resistors
of 120 ohms. owa4x does not have this terminating resistor internally so it must
be added externally as depicted in next figure.

The owa4x includes a CAN transceiver V2.0B at 1 Mbaud. For more detailed
information see owa4x Programming Guide.
Optionally three more CAN transceivers can be mounted in the owa4x to have
2 different physical CAN drivers available simultaneously. This second CAN
would be mounted in the optional board.
