EXCEPT WHERE SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED BY LAW, THERE IS NO
WA RRANTY OR SE RVICE BULLETIN COVERAG E ON THIS VEHICLE IF IT IS
SOLD OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY OF THE SELLING DEALER’S AUTHORIZED
LOCATION.
This policy does not apply to vehicles that have receiv ed authorization for export from
Polaris Ind ustries. Dealers may not give authorization for export. You should consult an
authorized dealer to determine this vehicle’s warranty or service bulletin coverage if you
have any questions.
This policy does not apply to vehicles registered to government officials or military per-
sonnel on assignment outside th e country of the selling dealer’s authorized location.
This policy does not apply to Safety Recalls.
How to Ge t Service
In the Country where your vehicle was purchased:
Warranty or Service B ulletin repairs must be done by an authorized Polaris dealer. If yo u
move or are traveling within the country where your vehicle was purchased, Warranty or
Service Bulletin repairs may be requested from any authorized Polaris dealer who sells
the same line as your vehicle.
Outside the Country where your vehicle was purchased:
If you are traveling tempo rarily outside the country where y our vehicle was purchased,
you should take your vehicle to an authorized Polaris dealer. You must show the dealer
photo identification from the coun try of the selling dealer’s authorized location as proof
of residence. Upon residence verification, the servicing dealer will be authorized to per-
form the warranty repair.
If You Mov e:
If you move to another co untry, be su re to contact Polaris Customer Assistance and the
customs department of the destination country before you move. Vehicles importation
rules vary considerably from country to coun try. You may be required to present docu-
mentation of your move to Polaris Industries in order to continue your warranty cover-
age. You may also be required to obtain do cumentation from Po laris Industries in order
to register your vehicle in your new country.
How to Ge t Service
If Purchased From A Private Party:
If you purchase a Polaris product from a private citizen outside of the country in which
the vehicle was originally purchased, all warranty coverage will be denied.
Notice
If your vehicle is registered outside of the country where it was purchased, and you have
not fo llowed the procedure set out above, your vehicle will no lo nger be eligible fo r war-
ranty or service bulletin co verage of any k ind. (Vehicles registered to Government
officials or military personnel on assignment outside of the country where the vehicle
was purchased will continue to be covered by the basic warranty.)
