powered On.
(3) Why does the PRN3006L with voice switches itself to 3G mode during call?
➢ For PRN3006L with Voice, VoLTE or Call-Switch function is subject to the subscription plan of
the respective SIM Card and the operator. If the PRN3006L with Voice switches itself to 3G
during call, it may be due to:
i. Call-switch function is in effect.
ii. 4G signal drops below threshold.
(4) How does Call Switch Function works and how does it impact the Internet access?
➢ For PRN3006L with Voice, when there is an Incoming / Outgoing call, it may switch itself to
3G mode, Call will be maintained and Internet Access may drop for awhile and resume a few
seconds later (subject to operator).
(5) Why is the 4G LTE signal of PRN3006L/PRN3006L with voice is unclear?
➢ Unclear voice may cause by the low 4G LTE signal. To improve 4G LTE signal follow the
following method:
i. Please check 2 external antennas connected onto SMA sockets and make sure connected
properly.
ii. Please relocate the device to the location near the window/door in order to receive the best
signal from the 4G LTE base station outside.
