What we will do:

If an Authorized RCA Compact Camcorder Servicenter is not
located conveniently near you:
l Pack the
Camtorder
so that it will not be damaged during
shipping. (We recommend using the original carton and
packing materials.) Include any cables and other accessories
originally furnished with the Camcorder.
l Include in the Camcorder carton (1) a copy of your sales
receipt or other evidence of purchase date, (2) your name and
address, and (3) a brief description of the problem.
l Ship the Camcorder to an Authorized RCA Compact
Camcorder Servicenter.
l
Pay any charges billed to you by the Servicenter for service not
covered by the warranty.
What your warranty does not cover:
l
Customer instruction. (Your Owner’s Manual clearly describes
how to install, adjust, and operate your Camcorder. Any
additional information should be obtained from your Dealer.)
l
Installation and related adjustments.
l
Cleaning of video/audio heads.
l Damage from misuse or neglect.
l Batteries for clock or other features.
l A Camcorder that has been modified or incorporated into other
products or is used for institutional or other commercial
purposes.
l
A Camcorder purchased or serviced outside the USA.
How state law relates to this warranty:
l
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may
have other rights that vary from state to state.
If you purchased your Camcorder in Canada:
l
The Canadian Warranty applies in place of this Warranty.
