Did check the
foreign objects between the heat sink
and IPM?
Did properly apply the thermal grease?
Is the bolt of the heat sink fully tightened?
Complete.
Replace Inverter PCB.
Tighten Bolt. (Screw)
Remove foreign objects and apply the thermal
grease and then reassembly.
