SHOOTING STILL IMAGES

Set the camera to the still image shooting mode (see page 23).

Point the camera at the subject.
Your fingers or the strap should not be in front of the lens or the flash.

Press the shutter release button.
1 Center the subject in the viewfinder, press the
shutter release button halfway and hold it there.

Camera settings such as the exposure, are
automatically set.
2 Press the shutter release button all the way.

The picture is taken.
