PRECAUTIONS
WITH
A
NEW
TRACTOR
All
component including
the
engine
is
subject
to
rigorous checks during
factory assembly. It
is
advisable
that
a new tractor should be used with
special care. For
the
first
25-
50
hours, it should
not
be operated for
heavy
duty
work.
If
circumstances require
the
tractor
to
operate with
heavy toad,
the
gear should be one stage lower than requested.
50-HOURS SERVICE
After first 50-hours
of
operation, the following points should be
serviced.
(
1)
Replace
the
engine oil and
the
oil filter.
(2)
Replace
the
transmission oil.
(3) Retighten the cylinder head bolts and adjust
the
valve clearance.
(4)
Retighten all bolts, nuts and screws.
(5)
Check and adjust
the
fan and governor belts.
(6)
Check
the
wheels for tire pressure and tire condition.
This 50-hours Service must be performed
without
fail because it
is
essential
in
order to keep the tractor always
in
the
top
condition.
