9-1 RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT
The recommended maintenance equipments listed below should be used to perform the procedures
in this manual.
• Digital Multimeter (DMM)
Agilent Technologies 3466A or equivalent
• Two channel synthesizer
Yokogawa FG-120 or equivalent
• For alarm output wiring proceed as described in the instruction manuals for the
VM-5G Single Unit Instrument Rack and VM-5Y Relay Module Unit used in
combination with this monitor unit.
• Make sure to turn the power off before wiring work to prevent accidents due to
electric shock.
