Alarm 700031
Alarm description
The system detects that the magazine is neither in the spindle position nor in the original position. The tool change action
stops in this case.
PLC information
PLC address: DB1600.DBX3.7
Subroutine: DISK_MGZ_M (SBR 60)
Remedy
● Check the interface X101 on the back of the PPU for the following:
– Whether the input state of I1.3/I1.4 is normal through the PLC status monitoring
– Whether the connections of pins 5 and 6 are loose/broken
– Whether pin 10 is connected to 0 V properly
● Check whether the switches for detecting the extrusion and withdrawal limits of the magazine are faulty.
Note
Press the following key on the MCP to cancel the alarm after the
magazine has returned to the correct position:
