Note
Press the following key on the MCP to cancel the alarm after eliminating the faults.

Alarm 700059
Alarm description
The part program cannot be executed without closing the safety door.
PLC information
PLC address: DB1600.DBX7.3
Subroutine: AUX_MCP (SBR 20)
Remedy
•
Check whether the safety door is closed (if using the safety door control key on
the MCP, check whether this key is activated).
•
Check the interface X102 on the back of the PPU for the following:
– Whether the connection of pin 7 is loose/broken
– Whether pin 10 is connected to 0 V properly
•
Check whether the door-closed limit switch works normally.

Alarm description
The chuck is not clamped. In this case, the operations of cycle start as well as the forward/reverse rotation of the spindle are
not allowed.
