Alarm times
The device has two alarm functions, alarm 1 (AL 1) und alarm 2 (AL 2).
For both functions, you can set playback of the last radio station
listened to or an alarm signal on certain days of the week at a
certain time.
Setting the alarm
NOTE
► Before setting the alarm time, the time and day of the week must
be set correctly.
► To switch the set alarm times on and off, the device must be
in standby mode. The settings of alarm times, alarm signal or
radio station and weekdays can also be made with the device
switched on.
♦ Use the
/AMS button 4 to switch the device into standby
mode (if required).
♦ Set the function switch r to AL1 SET (Alarm 1) or AL2 SET
(Alarm 2). or

♦ Turn the VOLUME/HOUR

/+ dial
2 clockwise or anticlock-
wise to set the hours.
♦ Turn the TUNING/MIN.

/+ dial 3 clockwise or anticlockwise
to set the minutes.
♦ Press the │‒ 5 or the │+/MEM 7 button for about 2
seconds to switch between the alarm modes 'alarm signal' and
'radio playback':

♦ If you have selected radio playback as the alarm type, briefly
press the
│‒ 5 or the │+/MEM 7 button to switch
from the alarm time display to the alarm volume setting.
♦ Turn the VOLUME/HOUR

/+ dial 2 clockwise or anticlock-
wise to set the alarm volume.
