Purpose of this manual
This manual is the service manual of the multiformat compact switcher MCS-8M.
This manual is intended to be used by system engineers and service engineers. Therefore, it describes service overview,
exploded views, spare parts list, block diagrams, and other necessary information.
This manual describes information based on the parts-level service only for the MIX-54 and KY-671 boards. Service
of this unit is based on board-level replacement in principle. Therefore, no schematic diagrams, board layouts, or electric
parts list is included in this manual except for the MIX-54 and KY-671 boards.
