This drive can be used with the following personal computers. Except for
models with a built-in optical drive (as of December 2007):
• Sony VAIO personal computer preinstalled with Windows XP or
Windows Vista VGN-UX**, VGN-G**, VGN-TZ** (“**” is the model
number.)
• IBM PC/AT compatible personal computers preinstalled with Windows
XP or Windows Vista

• This drive can be used for performing a system recovery on a personal computer using

• Use with a home-built computer, “White box” computer, computer with an upgraded
operating system, or a computer installed with a dual operating system is not
guaranteed.
