3.1.2 Reassembly

1. Position the machine so that it is completely
straight with the steering wheel in the correct
position.

2. Measure the length of the chain and mark the middle link (A).
3. Install the chain on the gear wheels. Check that the wheels are straight and that the mid-
dle marked link is positioned at the centre of the chain gear wheel, if this is not the case,
take to the straight position.
4. Install the two front pulleys (B) with the cables connected to the steering chain. Lock the
pulleys in place with the two circlips (C).
5. Insert the cables in the two rear pulleys (D) and tighten the bolt (E), so that the cables
can slip out.
6. Thread the cables through the two holes (F) on the rear frame.
7. Adjust the cables 3.1.3
