9. Electrical Components
9.1 Testing with ADG 2
Digital Analyzer
– Test the power tool with the
STIHL ADG 2 digital analyzer –
see ADG 2 instruction manual.
9.2 Switch
Removing
– Remove the right half of the
handle, b 7.5
: Take the switch (1) with
connector (2) out of the left half of
the handle.
: Unlock (small arrow) and
disconnect the connector (1).
– Check the switch and connector,
replace if necessary.

Installing
: Fit the connector (1) so that it
engages audibly.
: Fit the connector (1) and
switch (2) in their seats in the
handle molding.
The lock side (3) of the connector
faces outwards.
The switch plunger (4) butts against
the trigger.
