LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT
The wattage rating of each bulb is
shown in the following chart.
When replacing a burned out
bulb, always use the same watt-
age rating.
HEADLIGHT/POSITION LIGHT
To replace the headlight bulb and
position light bulb, perform the fol-
lowing step:
To remove the instrument panel
assembly:
1. Remove the front side covers
by referring to the FUEL TANK
LIFT section.
2. Remove the bolts and fasten-
ers.
NOTICE
Failure to use a light bulb with
the correct wattage rating can
overload the electrical system
of your motorcycle or cause
the bulb to burn out sooner.
Use only the light bulbs shown
in the chart as replacement
bulbs.
Headlight
12V 65W H9
.......High beam
12V 55W H7
.......Low beam
Position light 12V 5W
Turn signal light 12V 21W
License plate light 12V 5W
