10.5) ADJUSTMENT OF UPPER THREAD HOLDER
① Loosen the tightening screw for the upper thread holder base. Press the motor shaft connecting lever with the
thumb and fix the upper thread holder base at the place where the hook of the upper thread holder passes
through the center of the thread. In this case, loosen the tightening screw for the bracket to prevent the upper
thread holder from being overloaded due to the upper thread holding bracket. Then fasten the tightening screw
for the bracket at the place where the upper thread holder operates smoothly.
② When the adjustment is completed, change colors to check the proper operation of the upper thread holder at
each needle bar.
