⑭ Lack of oil on the hook

⑮ Inappropriate timing of the

needle and the hook

⒃ Inappropriate lowest point

of the needle

⒔ Scratch on the passage of

the thread

⒕ Vibration due to the

unstable fixture of the

embroidery fabric to the

frame or the hoop

⒖ Inappropriate presser foot

height (in case where the

presser foot does not press

the embroidery fabric)

■ Remove the scratch and

replace the part

■ Adjust the distance

■ Supply oil near the hook

race

■ Readjust the timing of the

needle and the hook

■ Readjust the lowest point of

the needle

■ Check the following areas:

① Thread passing area on the

presser foot

② Near needle hole on the

needle plate

③ Thread guide on the head

④

Thread passing area of the

thread tension adjusting devic

⑤ Thread passing area near the

upper thread holding device

■ Remove the vibration by

tightly fixing the

embroidery fabric

■ Adjust the height of the

presser foot

■ Check the rotary

hook

■ To adjust the distance,

the upper thread shall

pass smoothly, and

there shall be no

disturbance. The ideal

space is 0.5~0.7mm.
