Blade Rotation
Ensure blade rotation and timing (90 degrees) is correct after servicing transmission.
Greasing Schedule
Lubricate moveable mechanical joints when required.
First 8 hours 16 hours thereafter 80 hours thereafter

Rollers
Check the of condition of the roller ends at the end of every season. Roller end shaft must be able to rotate freely and
without excessive play. If necessary, remove the roller end and adjust the tightness of the bearings.
Gearbox Oil
Replace oil in gearboxes after rst 100 hours and then every 400 hours thereafter.
Use oil which conforms to 80W/90 standards.
Wing shafts alignment
ENSURE THAT AFTER SERVICING THE TRANSMISSION, THE WING PTO SHAFT YOKES ARE
CORRECTLY ALIGNED AS SHOWN IN THE DIAGRAM BELOW – WINGED MODELS ONLY. IF THE
SHAFT JOURNALS ARE FITTED INCORRECTLY THE DAMAGE WILL ONLY OCCUR WHEN THE WINGS
ARE RAISED INTO TRANSPORT POSITION.
