One-touch editing
Q Press A OPEN on deck 2, and then Insert a
tape.
Close the holder.
Q To record in Dolby B NR.
Press DOLBY NR and check NR” is dis¬
played.
H Press REV MODE to select the reverse mode.
X: One side will record, and then the tape will stop automat¬
ically at the end of the tape.
Both sides will record (forward side-*reverse side), and
then the tape will stop automatically at the end of the
tape.
Same as above (When you press Al EDIT, "c^D" will be
automatically switched over to " 7 * 1 " )
0 Press A OPEN/CLOSE to load a CD.
Press A OPEN/CLOSE again to close the tray.
0 Press Al EDIT.
Tire deck will rewind the tape and recording will start. In the
meantime, "Al EDIT" will scroll across the display from right to
left. It will take a moment for recording to actually begin.
To stop one-touch editing:
Press ■ on the cassette deck.
The CD player also stops.
"EDIT OUT" will scroll across the display from right to left.
When tracks are allotted to side B:
After recording the allotted tracks on side A, the cassette deck will
continue recording on side A and wall make a blank portion on side
A in order to measure the proper length of the tape.
To edit-record programmed tracks 0
© Perform steps SB~Q above, and then press CD/TAPE to select
"CD" and then press PROGRAM on the remote control.
© SeIect track number from the remote control with the numeric
buttons.
(3) Repeat step © until programming all tracks (max. 24 tracks).
@ Press Al EDIT. Recording will begin.
After edit-recording has finished:
The tape deck automatically puts recording on standby. In tire mean¬
time, if "LINK" is flashed on the display, there is enough space on the
tape that you can continue recording from another CD (see page 43).
If you want to link the tracks, do not press ■ on the CD player.
