The Rotary Valve is delivered
fully assembled and need only
be installed and bolted rmly to
the inlet valve ange and (if en-
visaged for the plant) also to the
outlet valve to eliminate vibration.
When the Rotary Valve is in-
stalled, the outlet has to be in
the bottom.
Die Schleuse ist bereits komplett
montiert und muß infolgedessen
nur noch eingebaut werden. Der
Einlauf- und der Auslaufansch
(falls vorhanden) müssen sorg-
fältig und vor allem fest mit den
bauseitig vorhandenen Verbin-
dungselementen verschraubt
werden, um eventuelle Vibratio-
nen zu vermeiden.
Bei diesem Vorgang ist sorgfältig
darauf zu achten, daß die Lager
so ausgerichtet sind, daß sich
der Auslauf im rechten Winkel zur
Senkrechten bendet.
La vanne est livrée entièrement
assemblée. Elle doit simplement
être mise en place et ensuite il
faut boulonner solidement la bride
de remplissage de la vanne et
éventuellement (si prévue dans
l’installation) celle de refoulement,
an d’éviter les vibrations.
Effectuer ces opérations en posi-
tionnant correctement les sup-
ports an que leur orice de refou-
lement soit tourné vers le bas.
Śluza celkowa jest dostarczana w
stanie kompletnie zmontowanym
i wymaga jedynie instalacji. Koł-
nierze wejściowy i wyjściowy (jeśli
jest) muszą zostać starannie po-
łączone z odpowiednimi elemen-
tami przyłączonych urządzeń, aby
uniknąć niepożądanych wibracji.
Szczególną uwagę należy zwrócić
na to, aby po zainstalowaniu wyj-
ście śluzy znajdowało się u dołu.

The rotary valve can be xed in
different ways.
In any case, the rotary valve is
designed to be xed using both
the upper and the lower
ange, it is therefore necessary to
make provision for this condition.
Die Befestigung der Schleuse
kann auf unterschiedliche Weise
erfolgen. In jedem Fall sollte die
Zellenradschleuse jedoch unter
Benutzung beider Flansche befe-
stigt werden, sowohl am oberen,
als auch am unteren. Prüfen, ob
dies so ausge-führt ist.
La xation des vannes rotatives
peut être effectuées de plusieurs
manières : dans tous les cas une
vanne rotative est projetée pour
être xée en utilisant les deux
brides, tant supérieure qu’infé-
rieure. Il faut donc réaliser cette
condition.
Zamocowanie śluzy celkowej
może być zrealizowane na różne
sposoby. W każdym przypadku
śluza winna być zamocowana z
użyciem obu kołnierzy (górnego i
dolnego). Sprawdzić, czy tak jest
w rzeczywistości.
