Note: Determine the left and right sides of the machine from the normal operating position.

Maintenance Procedure
After first 10 hours
• Check the alternator belt tension.
• Torque the wheel lug nuts.
After first 50 hours
• Change the engine oil and filter.
• Check the engine RPM (at idle and full throttle).
Every 50 hours
• Lubricate all grease fittings.
• Inspect the air cleaner indicator.

• Check the battery level and cable connections.
Every 100 hours
• Change the engine oil and filter.
• Inspect the cooling system hoses.
• Check the alternator belt tension.
After first 200 hours
• Change the hydraulic oil.
• Change the hydraulic oil filters.
• Change the front planetary gear lube.
• Change the rear axle oil.
Every 200 hours
• Torque the wheel lug nuts.
• Service the spark arrestor.
Every 400 hours
• Service the air filter.

• Change the fuel filters (fuel/water and pre–filter)
• Inspect the fuel lines and connections.
• Check the engine RPM (at idle and full throttle)
• Check the rear axle oil level.
• Check the front planetary gear lube.
Every 800 hours or
annually, whichever
occurs first
• Drain and clean the fuel tank.
• Change the hydraulic oil.
• Change the hydraulic oil filters.
• Change the front planetary gear lube.
• Change the rear axle oil.
• Inspect, disassemble and install new seals in the cutting unit roller assemblies.
• Check the rear wheel toe-in.
• Check and adjust the valve clearance.
• Replace the hydraulic tank breather
Every 1500 hours or 2
years, whichever occurs
first
• Replace moving hoses.
• Replace safety switches.
• Flush the cooling system and replace fluid.
