Performing the Accumulator Pressure Test
1. With the unit shut off, and the pressure relieved from the high-pressure water circuit.
2. Remove the protective cover from the accumulator service valve.
3. Connect the accumulator charging tool.
4. Verify that both shut-off valves are closed.
5. Turn the valve jam nut counter clockwise approximately 2 turns.
6. Read pressure on the gauge.
7. Pressure should be 1800 to 2800 PSI (when recharging, charge the accumulator to 2500 PSI).
