intothedetentisfullthrottle(Figure5).
Choke
Usethechoketostartacoldengine.Pullthechoke
knobuptoengageit.Pushdownonthechokeknob
todisengageit.
Blade-ControlSwitch(Power
Take-Off)
Thebladecontrolswitchengagesanddisengages
powertothemowerblades(Figure5).
HourMeter
Thehourmeterrecordsthenumberofhoursthe
bladeshaveoperated.Itoperateswhentheblade
controlswitch(PTO)isengaged.Usethesetimesfor
schedulingregularmaintenance(Figure5).
FuelGauge
Thefuelwindowlocatedbelowtheoperatorposition
canbeusedtoverifythelevelofgasolineinthetank
(Figure6).
MotionControlLevers
Themotioncontrolleversarespeedsensitivecontrols
ofindependentwheelmotors.Movingaleverforward
orbackwardturnsthewheelonthesamesideforward
orinreverse;wheelspeedisproportionaltothe
amounttheleverismoved.Movethecontrollevers
outwardfromthecentertotheneutrallockposition
andexitthemachine(Figure4).Alwayspositionthe
motioncontrolleversintotheneutrallockposition
whenyoustopthemachineorleaveitunattended.
ParkingBrakeLever
Theparkingbrakeleverislocatedonleftsideof
theconsole(Figure4).Thebrakeleverengagesa
parkingbrakeonthedrivewheels.Pulltheleverup
andrearwardtoengagethebrake.Pushthelever
forwardanddowntodisengagethebrake.
FootPedalDeckLiftSystem
Thefootpedaldeckliftsystemallowstheoperator
tolowerandraisethedeckfromtheseatedposition.
Theoperatorcanusethefootpedaltoliftthedeck
brieytoavoidobstaclesorlockthedeckinthe
highestheight-of-cutortransportposition(Figure4).
Height-of-CutLever
Theheight-of-cutleverworkswiththefootpedalto
lockthedeckinaspeciccuttingheight.Onlyadjust
theheightofcutwhilemachineisnotmoving(Figure
4).
