5. Call your service representative.
Firmware off-line tests
To enter the firmware off-line test and setup procedures, you may press and hold the paper feed button
while plugging the printer in or perform the following steps:
1. Open the paper door cover.
2. Press the white power reset switch A (Figure 7 on page 26) to turn the printer off and then on again.
