You can save energy by turning the toilet seat heater "OFF".
"Auto energy saver+" takes about 10 days to detect time periods in which the toilet seat is never used.

Type
Even if the energy saver feature is on (i.e., the toilet seat heater is "OFF"), the seat temporarily becomes warm when
approaching the bowl unit or when sitting on the toilet seat.
(It takes about 60 seconds to reach the setting temperature.)
(The LED indication on the main display returns to the state for when the energy saver is on.)
