RECORD, PLAY OR DELETE MEMOs
Memos are your own recorded messages used as
reminders for yourself or others using the same
answering system. You can record your own memos
using a system handset. Playback and delete them in the
same way as incoming messages.
To record a memo:
Press MENU when the phone is not in use. And then
press
or to scroll to ANS. MACHINE.
Press OK and
or to scroll to MEMO.
Press OK and the handset displays RECORDING.
Now speak into handset to record your message.
Press OK 
ANswER MODE
Press MENU when the phone is not in use. And then
press
or to scroll to ANS. MACHINE.
Press OK and
or to scroll to TAM SETTINGS.
Press OK and
or to scroll to ANSWER MODE.
Press OK and
or to choose ANS & REC or
ANSWER ONLY.
Press OK 

