Error Messages and Codes
Fuser Gear Damaged from Overheating
There is a repetitive jam at the Fuser, or the Fuser rollers are not turning.
Allow the Fuser to cool before beginning the procedure.
Initial Actions
• Ensure that the Fuser is secured to the printer.
• Cycle printer power.
• If the problem persists, refer to the following procedure.
