The requirement for fire suppression systems vary by location and the authority having ju-
risdiction. If you are required to install fire suppression on your oven, a pre-assembled piping kit
is available that utilizes pre-existing holes to simplify installation and future service.
This design has been tested and approved to successfully comply with fire suppression
codes. It uses only two (2) nozzles per bake chamber, and allows crumb trays, chain guards, and
all other accessories to be easily removed. The kit does not interfere with any operations or
maintenance.
