Before using the pole saw, assembly is required. When removed from the box, the three poles
are connected by an electrical cord, as shown.
•Unscrew the collar from the threaded base on the centre pole, and push back over the cord
to the lower pole.
•Insert the lower pole into the centre pole, and slide together until you hear the button click.
The tubes are egg-shaped, and will only install one way.
•Lower the collar on the lower pole to the threaded base on the centre pole and rotate
clockwise to secure.
•Repeat this process to attach the upper pole.

WARNING: Do not use any attachments or accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer of this product. The use
of attachments or accessories which are not recommended
can result in serious personal injury.

WARNING: Always wear safety goggles or safety glasses
with side shields when operating power tools. Failure to
do so could result in objects being thrown into your eyes,
resulting in possible serious injury.

WARNING: Do not allow familiarity with this product to
make you careless. Remember that a careless fraction of a
second is sufficient to inflict serious injury.

NOTE: The lower pole and the upper pole should not be able
to separate from centre pole once assembled correctly.
Repeat the above steps if poles can be separated from the
centre pole.

NOTE: If using the product as a chainsaw, no assembly is
required.
