EXTERNAL HYDRAULIC CIRCUITS
This circuit delivers pressure oil to hy-
draulic devices connected to outer hy-
draulic outlets terminated with quick-
couplings.
Quick-coupling sockets with inner diameter
12.5mm meet international recommenda-
tions ISO.
LEVER OF EXTERNAL CIRCUIT
This lever has four positions marked on the plate:
a -
Pressure in the quick-coupling “1”. The quick-coupling “2” is connected with
the discharge. The lever is moved to rear limit position. It shall be hold in this
position, otherwise it return automatically to position “b” (neutral).
b -
Neutral position (interlocked). Outlets to the quick-couplings “1” and “2” are
closed and oil in the connected hydraulic device is blocked. The lever is held
in this position automatically by a spring.
c -
Floating (free) position. Both quick-couplings ”1“ and “2“ are connected to the
drain and oil can flow in both directions. The lever is arrested in this position
by a ball lock in the slide.
d -
Pressure in the quick-coupling “2”. The quick-coupling “1” is connected to the
drain. The lever is moved to the front limit position. The lever shall be held in
this position, otherwise it returns automatically to position “C” (floating posi-
tion).
