HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT
CONNECTION OF MECHANISMS AND IMPLEMENT TO THE EXTERNAL
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
Connection of mechanisms and implement assembled of more parts
Tractor without any additional distributor
When working with farming mechanisms that are assembled of more parts (combina-
tors, field drags, harrow) with joint-connected marginal frames, tiltable down to verti-
cal transport position using independent hydraulic cylinders, controlled by the exter-
nal hydraulic circuit of the tractor, it is necessary to control tilting down of the mar-
ginal frames always by movement of the external circuit control lever to its rear posi-
tion. This direction of movement of the external circuit control lever ensures that
pressure oil in the quick-coupling "1" provides lifting of the frames to vertical (trans-
port) position. The quick-coupling "2" is connected to the drain.
Tractor equipped with an additional distributor
When working with farming mechanisms that are assembled of more parts (combina-
tors, field drags, harrow) with joint-connected marginal frames, tiltable down to verti-
cal transport position using independent hydraulic cylinders, controlled by the exter-
nal hydraulic circuit of the tractor, it is necessary to control tilting down of the mar-
ginal frames always by movement of the additional distributor control lever upwards
(backwards). The “lifting” branches of the cylinders shall be connected to quick-
coupling “4” or “6” in this case.
Connection of a rotary hydro-motor
In case that a hydro-motor is connected to the external outlet of the hydraulic system,
its return branch shall always be connected to the quick-coupling "0".
Connection of a reversing hydro-motor
Due to its function the rotary hydro-motor shall be connected to quick-couplings "1"
and "2", resp. always to quick-couplings of one section of the additional distributor.
However, in this case some relieve valves shall be installed in both branches to re-
duce reliably pressure peaks with run-out of the mechanism. Drainage from these
valves shall be connected to the quick-coupling "0".
