PTO shaft revolutions 540 and 1000 rpm shifting leve
The rear PTO shift lever is located on the left side under the driver's seat and can be moved to the upper
position (540 rpm) or to the lower position (1,000 rpm) from the center, neutral position, according to the
specification of the attached implement.
In no case shall the specified speeds be exceeded, as this may result in serious damage to the tractor /
attached implement.
When the PTO is not in use, the gear shift lever must be placed in the neutral position to prevent accidental
lowering.
Caution: Do not operate any implement at a high speed than is specified for it. When making
adjustments to the implement stop the engine to avoid serious injury. When leaving the tractor stop
the engine, and remove the key. Set the parking brake.
Warning:
1. When working with a rotary implement on hard ground, the PTO switch must be set to the OFF
position to prevent the PTO from rotating. If this is not done, the rotating implement blades
come into contact with the hard ground under the implement, causing the entire tractor to
move. This accident can result in serious injury or even death.
2. When using PTO-driven implements, special precautions must be taken to ensure that no
persons or bystanders are in the area around the tractor. Contact with rotating implement
blades can result in serious injury. The warning signaled by the PTO flashing indicator light
allows the operator to remember that the PTO is in the ON position and will start rotating
immediately when the clutch pedal is released or the implement is lowered (or both).
3. The rotational speeds specified by the implement manufacturer must not be exceeded under
any circumstances, as this could result in serious damage to the tractor / implement and / or
serious injury to bystanders.
