5 Inspection and transport
5.1 Transport of Terra Gateway Pro to the site
A shipping company delivers the TGP to the site. The movement of the TGP to its final installation
location is the installer responsibility.
If the TGP needs to be stored before installation, obey the ambient conditions for storage. Refer to
section 8.7.
5.2 Inspect the Terra Gateway Pro on delivery
Procedure
1. Unpack the TGP.
2. Do a check if the TGP is in accordance with the order.
3. Do a check on the TGP for damage and liquid ingress into the packaging material.
4. Validate the factory seal of the battery tray is not violated.
5. If the TGP shows damage or is not in accordance with the order, contact the transport
company immediately.
Warranty
Warranty will be considered void when the battery tray seal of the Terra Gateway
Pro is damaged or removed.
