2) The withdrawable part must be movable from
the test/ disconnected position into the
service position only when the circuit breaker
is in open condition and with door closed. i.e.,
with the circuit breaker closed, its rack-in
towards the service position must be
prevented after half a turn of the crank in
clockwise direction.
Use no force! Also see the note in chapter
6.2.1!
3) withdrawable part must be movable from the
service position into the test/disconnected
position only when the circuit breaker is in
open condition and door closed. If these
conditions are not met, Its rack-out towards
the test position must be prevented after half
a turn of the crank in anti-clockwise direction.
Use no force! Also see the note in chapter
6.2.1!
4) Closing of the circuit breaker must be possible
only when the withdrawable part is in the
defined test/disconnected position or service
position. i.e., circuit breaker cannot be closed
when the withdrawable part is in any other
position.
5) When the withdrawable part is in the service
position and the control voltage has failed, it
is possible to open the circuit breaker
(manually).
6) Accessing the earthing switch operating lever
or operation of the earthing switch is possible
only when the withdrawable part is either in
test/disconnected position or placed outside
the switchgear.
7) The withdrawable part must be movable from
the test/ disconnected position in the service
position only when the earthing switch is in
open condition and with door closed. i.e., the
rack-in of withdrawable part towards the
service position must be prevented after two
turns of the crank in clockwise direction.
Use no force! Also see the note in chapter
6.2.1!
9.7 Testing Interlock conditions
9.7.1 Auxiliary switch setting on the earthing
switch
1. There must be run-on of 0.5mm in the fully
operated position before the plunger reaches
the stop (for safety reason).
2. Auxiliary limit switch for earthing switch ON
must be operated immediately once the dead
center position of the toggle spring
mechanism reaches in the closing process and
the automatic rapid closing process has
started.
3. Auxiliary limit switch for earthing switch OFF
must
a) be operated on earthing switches with
manual mechanisms during the opening
before half of the square shaft has become
visible or 1 mm before tab of the slide
makes contact with the armature of the de-
energized locking magnet.
b) To be operated on the earthing switch with
motor operators immediately after the
toggle spring mechanism has passed the
dead center position during rotation of
OFF position.
Note:
Check the direction of rotation of motor after
repair work. Do not allow the motor to run up
against a lock if the direction of rotation is
incorrect.
